Currently at the CRTC/ADC are the following P8As 167952 168996. Neither have any marks other than last threes on nose and tail. 952 arrived as KH-101. Not sure of call sign for 996. Also a P3 landed calling LX-121 using ModeS AE1D4F (shows as 161338 on my database) but I couldn't see any marks anyw...

VP-47 is deployed to Japan and may well have some Orions detached to Clark. Some even have extra cameras on top of the cockpit to film any close encouters.
I could send you a picture to illustrate the VP-47 tailmarkings and the extra camera.

P-3C 160283 was SOC in February 2015 after it was damaged in the NIPPI hangar on 15 Februari 2014. Are there any pictures of this Orion at Rota ?

During March 163006 was reported at Kadena with the recently arrived VP-40 deployment. If there was no BuNo nelow the fin, 006 is a P-3SPA of VPU-2. Mid March the first P-3C BMUP of VP-40 (QE) has arrived at Kadena to take over from VP-46: 161589 with LSRS

Not VP-8 but VP-16 (LF) has arrived at Kadena late August to replace VP-45 (LN) on tdy. P-8A's noted sofar:
