Great quality for such old scans, how do you keep them this clear after all those years? All the shots made by my Grandpa in the late '80s and '90s are faded and the colors are bad... Can I scan them in with better quality?

Yeah, while the F-16 was taxiing a big cloud blocked the sunlight. You can see that 1 and 2 are very bright but later pictures are dark
