no go shelter

Please ceep in mind that this shelter is officially a no go area. I've been up there in 2005 and have been sent away by a potrolling guard. This was during Axalp and during this week the field is flooded with aircraft spotters so it might have been more relevent then. If one goes, everybody goes.. B...

Achterhoek?

Just a correction here. Though I concider myself beeing a Dutch man, or even more A European, I live in Hengelo Ov and don't see myself as a "Tukker". But anyway St. Isidorushoeve is not in the Achterhoek but in Twente. I know a lot of people from the Randstad area concider everything east of the Ve...

wrong lens?

This is just having the wrong lense at the wrong moment, but as you see it can turn out great! Do you really feal you had the wrong lens, or in other words to much tele? If so your ideal must be to make pictures of aircraft wich do not clip outside the frame. No problems with that, just know what y...

Yeovilton or Evreux...

Though Evreux airshow, having the Thunderbirds aswell as at the RIAT, is on the 7th (and 8th) aswell and is quite on-route towards Calais. You've got to pick if you're road tripping to Fairford. I'm planning for Evreux 'cause of the Thunderbirds.

analoge pixels

Birdman at Schiphol
