Seems the SW's both did an FCF according your story and returned to Charleroi. They just talked to SP SOF. The F16V was indeed flown by a US pilot, to complete the puzzle.

Hi Joost, According a message on FC Blue61 KC135 out of Mildenhall only collected F16V 005 out of Tanagra and dropped him off at Charleroi. It had a Retro callsign. The message also said the SW's hadn't moved. What could have happened Blue61 had, besides 005, possible SP stragglers from a former dep...

According FC 3rd SW F16CM should be 90-0826. They should still be at Charleroi since no ALTRV has been filed yet. Most logical routing will take them via Leuchars to the north/northwest but weatherwise you never know.
