Does anybody know why the El al 737 arround 11 am aborted here landing and made a go arround? I was spotting at the 18R and saw it happen. Just out of curiosity by the way.

Looks to me that the nose section sufferd some serieus structural damage.

I read on the Internet, that the KLU will be arround with a Helicopter untill arround 20:00 local. and the firedepartments will pull back arround 22:00 because of bad light and dangerous area's and hard winds. Nice Shots, Intresting Weapon configuration aswell, 3 Aim-120's and one Aim-9. Usually its 2 and 2.

It looks kinda Weird. the plane looks as if it is fallen straight down. and is verry badly burned but there are almost no burn spots on the grount.
