Re: Frankfurt 24th/27th july

Nice!

Frankfurt is a really nice airport to visit! I was planning to go a few weeks ago, but drove to Paris instead.

Nice pictures. Some are a little oversharpened, but nevertheless great captures!

Re: Up and around Grosseto in 2,5 weeks.......

Nice to see some Italian action pictures, thanks for sharing!

However, I think you used to much "Shadow/Highlighting" as there are clearly halo's around the planes, which is the result of to much "Shadow/Highlighting" in PhotoShop.

Parijs-CDG 22-07-2009

Before driving back home, I went to Le Mesnil Amelot once again. Also today an early start: Again the special livery Gulf Air A330: http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc223/LifelinerOne/A332-GLF-A9CKB-CDG-1.jpg Next was the Singapore A380. Unbelievable how quiet this plane is: http://i217.photobucke...

Paris-ORY 21-07-2009

Despite the morning rush, I managed to get to Orly from Le Bourget in about 45 minutes. First to the main landing runway: Kicking off with this great looking Embraer 195 of Air Europa: http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc223/LifelinerOne/E195-AEA-ECKYP-ORY.jpg Ugly looking Beech 1900D: http://i217....

Parijs-CDG 21-07-2009

Another reason to go to Paris was the A380. Already flying for 5 years and I had never seen one live. If you want to catch the WhaleJet you need to rise early, as the flight is scheduled to arrive around 7 am, but often comes around 6.30 am or 6.45 am. I started at a great spot at the North s...

Parijs-CDG 20-07-2009

Hello everybody, changing jobs often comes with the advantage that you need to take up all your vacation days. So, in the last few weeks I did that. Next to moving to a new house, I also thought it would be fun to go somewhere photographing planes. I had Heathrow, Frankfurt or Paris in my sight. Eve...

As promised, some more pictures from today. I had some nice few hours alongside 36R. Perfect blue sky and nice planes! What more could you wish? However, I started at East with this cool Phenom 100 from the Isle of Manx: http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc223/LifelinerOne/PH100-MINXY-AMS.jpg I did...

Re: Luchtmacht opendagen 19/06

The last time I went to an Open Day of the KLu was fourteen years ago... For some reason I was always out of the country when the shows took place. This year I was able to make it on Friday and I had a very nice day. These are a small impression of the shots I took. Hope you like them! Close ...
