I couldn't find in the M.A.M from 2008 the FA78, they jump from FA77 to FA81.
In an earlier version from M.A.M. she's noted as being one of the many A versions who wil be updated to MLU.

Heren, Bedankt voor jullie info, ben ermee aan de slag gegaan en na veel uitproberen heb ik (denk het tenminste) de fout gevonden. Nadat ik ze (in JPG) sloeg ik ze op als : Preserve EXIF / IPTC & Progresive. Nu als: Grayscale & Standard en ze zijn zowel Analoog als Dig. op de TV te bekijken. Nogmaal...
