Because they are not in contact with air traffic control could/is be the reason the QRA was launched in the first place. Getting at least 2 stations on AAR Primary (297.750). One sounds like NATO40, but I don't see anything on adsb, the other one clearly has an American accent, but I didn't hear the callsign. On adsb ESSO76 is visible as 59-1495, so that's probably it Pretty much their standard AAR freq. Indeed NATO ...
