Other sources state the mishap occurred during taxi. If it was during landing, they ended up some 80 meters off-centreline from the runway. If it was during taxi, the speed must have been above normal judging by the damage. Time will tell.

Als er buien zijn of verwacht worden is dat ook een reden om niet op 18R en 18C tegelijk te landen, ivm. mogelijk uitwijken als gevolg van het weer en de naderingen die erg dicht bij elkaar vliegen. I.i.g. was er een reden, anders had men niet gekozen voor die baancombi.
