For the rest, the base looked deserted. No activity was seen around the maintenance hangars and Typhoon hangars...

While driving in the vicinity, I saw two C-17's taking off shortly after each other (approx. 13.30h and 13.33h), do you know which ones? KC-135R 62-3506 carried Kansas ANG markings. I counted...
