Are the Germans the only once who change their Mode-S codes?

Because it means it's not a very good idea to add the identities into the basestation database, as they can change.

Not sure if this is the correct group to post and I'm a bit new to ADS-B. I use a cheap USB-stick with RTL1090 and Virtual Radar, but still got some missing identities. Not sure why but especially the German Military fighters I cannot find. I use AD Lite or airframes.org, and of course Scrambe forum...

Ik gebruik nu toch maar Virtual Radar in combinatie met RTL1090 en dat werkt goed. Dat wil zeggen, ik had gelukkig een goede BaseStation database gevonden, en de VR plugin geïnstalleerd die ernaar toe schrijft. Het enige wat ik nog zoek is een goed programma om die database bij te houden. Ik hoor ve...
