Re: ETAR 23-07

@Otto, I might just do that! @Rob, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. @Eric, did those movements happen after 16.00? I did see 8 C-17s and 2 C-5s on the ramp. One C-5 and C-17 left during my timeframe. I did not have the proper bino's to read of the rest and heatwaves were also having the time ...

Re: Orange - Caritat (BA115) (LFMO) - 2012 MIL

I was there last sunday during the departure of the 17 (of originally 19 scheduled) Mirage 2000B/Cs. I was surprised that they departed on 1e Pinksterdag/Pentecost (public holiday) although I had this information of their departure in advance. Departing in order to Solenzara (minimal 2 weeks) shooti...

He Rob,

I have enough C.101 and T-35 photos but not of the actual crash. I do have two pictures of the aircraft spinning around its ax without the pilots but they are rather distant.

Bye,

Remco

Re: C101 incident at Murcia

As I was the eye witness I will report my story: After a number of touch and goes C.101EB E.25-05/79-05 with callsign Mirlo47 landed on runway05R. Shortly after landing the left tire of its maingear blew and within one or two seconds the aircrew of two ejected. The aircraft turned to the left and st...

Re: Izmir-Adnan Menderes (LTBJ) - 2011 MIL

Hi Remco, Beware, we read the white CN235 next to the C-130 as 077! We were there between 10 and 11. The other white CN235 is the HAS area was 94-067. Regards, Paul Hi Paul, thanks for this valuable correction! We did as well in fact but I typed it down incorrect basically because I was comparing o...

Re: A big thank you from Turkey to all spotters!

I agree and felt like this the whole time, although some people keep warshipping (ophemelen) him and some even believing other information from first hand not any more.....

Personally I don't believe they put such a formation in the air just for a single photo of a (personal) book...

Re: Izmir-Adnan Menderes (LTBJ) - 2011 MIL

We checked the scene arond 1000LT and from the plane departing around 1200LT on the 5th of June. Read from the outside perimeter where: 69-040 C-160 58-0736 C-130 (only one left, the other departed before our arrival) 94-077 CN235 (white one next to the C-130), thanks again Paul for correction me! 9...

Re: Spotting in Spain

Hi , The last week of June 2011 I'll go to Torremolinos. We will fly to Malaga airport and I'm planning to visit the airport during the vacation. I'm a military spotter so I'm interested in the Guardia Civil area. How is spotting at location A and is making photo's a problem? http://www.fotoarnold....
