Yes, You are right Jaap. The Goverment of Hungary will decide soon whether Kecskemet Air Show 2012 will be organised or not. Unfortunately there is not decision about the fate of the event yet, but every airshowgoer hopes that this air show will be organised next year again! :) According to some rum...

The arrival days are the Thursday and the Friday, on this both day will be arriving and trainings too from the participants. In this Year won't be "opening scene", it will be different what calls: Capability Demonstration , we don't know the exact details about it yet... :( There aren't dates about ...

I don't know exactly the scanner is or not legal. I think during the airshow it is illegal, but under the arrivaling it can be legal, but it is NOT 100% sure!!

Maybe on this week, we will get a list what will show: what will be static, and what will be dynamic. In first days of August will arrive the flying program of the whole Airshow (for both day)... :wink: In this year are more participant and now I think the coordination is harder than it was in 2008...
