B737/C-40A N743A/170041, which has been conducting test flights this year from AAR's facility at Chicago/Rockford (RFD), was recently flown to Chennault. Northrop-Grumman has a mod facility here (USCBP P-3, E-8, etc.), so this could be the final step before it is handed over to VMR-1 at Fort Worth. ...

around 0400 LT (1000Z).

Looks like another delivery today as KC-135R 62-3550 161ARS/AZ-ANG (arrived here from PHX on 24Oct) departed Fort Worth Alliance/KAFW c. 1000Z (0500 LT) to Bangor as Blue82. (Incidentally, the annual airshow was held at Alliance on Saturday.)
