The opening times of Hyakuri Peace Park (aka the Towers) is more restricted than before the retirement of F-4s, below info is from the team who runs the park: "Currently, it is not open to the public on weekdays. The park opens on special occasions such as Japan-U.S. joint training exercises."

And there were also two Tornados in the afternoon overshooting the field: MM7062 & MM7029.
