Had been searching using the UK term DIY store and wasn't having much luck.

I am going to Hyakuri for the airshow on 1st December.
I arrive into Haneda at 6:25am on the 30th November.

Does anyone know a store between Haneda and Hyakuri where I can purchase a ladder?

I am going to be using the trains from Tokyo (Japan Rail Pass) and local buses to get around near bases.

For Hyakuri I can get to Ibaraki airport terminal relatively easily which should allow me to access the late morning / afternoon spots.

I'm off to Japan in October. Planning on a few days at bases near Tokyo, plus the Hamamatsu & Tsuiki air festivals. How feasible is it to do bases like Hyakuri & Atsugi without a ladder? I am planning on using public transport to get around. Is there anywhere close to Tokyo station that sells ladder...
