Indeed, the current process of renewing a subscription is not ideal.
With more important issues on the website tackled by now, we think things will be improved in the near future.
If so, we can also re-introduce the advance warnings again without enduring side effects, like people paying twice.

The information on the remarks/reason field that provides the closest and quickest match is the FAC-0xxx order number and your username on this MB.

We get various comments that the January edition of Scramble Magazine has not been delivered yet to many UK addresses.
One can only guess for its reason , as the magazines were shipped as intended.
