OSY32T RomanianAF AN30 1105 departed LRTR/ Timisoara for Geilenkirchen at 04.00Z. It is at 6000ft near GK at 09.35lcl time.
RCH168, another Alaska ANG KC is also on it's way, showing as 63-8028.

With credit to Mike on Flugzeugforum :
In der Woche vom 14.10.-18.10.2019 wird die Flugbereitschaft mit ihrer A-319 Open Skies in Geilenkirchen erwartet.
Im gleichen Zeitraum wollen die Rumänen mit ihrer AN-30 Open Skies den Platz besuchen.

So operating out of GK all week i'd say.
