Vancouver Int. (CYVR/YVR) - 2009

Hi all,

I was looking for the spotting possibilities at Vancouver Airport and I found out spot 1 from the Scramble Airfield Guide is definitely the very best spot of the airport. Could anybody tell me if I need stairs there? And how high? How does Avis handle spotters at their parking lot?
