Luke AFB (LUF/KLUF) MIL - 2022

Post by Piet Luijken »

LOG 13 September 2022:

We arrived around 0830 and stayed at the north side.
This road has many Do Not Park signs so always stay inside the crossing roads on the north side.
During our stay, all full stop landings were on 21L while all touch and goes and engine fail procedures were on the right, all breaks were to the right for both runways.

Flying started at 0930 with two F-35s waves, followed by a F-16 wave around lunchtime, then another two F-35 waves.

As many places around phoenix were visited in October, I am wondering if anyone is able to share their LOG from Luke.

You're welcome... :wink:

As you may be able to discern from the explanation:

5014 = not seen by us, so no solid proof
5033 = no photo, did not fly, but read twice (one time as 33, one time as 5033)
5049 = flew, so 100% photoproof
5052 = no photo, did not fly

The last one had a fire 6 years ago but may have been repaired by now, unless everybody that reads it sticks to what "the databases say"...

5052 is an i/a at Hill so definitely a misspole. It is not airworthy for sure.

5139 was WA when it flew with the LF locals on 11 October. Also two HL's that day, 5097 & 5106.
