Hi,

Four F-22s just arrived as JEST 81-84, they were enroute to PHIK but had to divert.

Yes, you are right, these four departed from Savannah, but they missed one of their tankers. The other four should be departing tomorrow.

On Friday 28th February the 355th Wing held a heritage day. Apart from P-38s and P-51s 2 49th FW F-22A were here, one flew on the 28th and was 0?-4088.The other was reported as 0?-4100.Also here was a 388th FW F-16D ending in 393.

On AMARG, the recently arrived C-32B 02-5001 has returned to service and has been recorded on SBS in the second half of the month.

The YAL-1A is due to be gone from AMARG by the end of this month. So those needing it...............
Drink treble
See double
Act single

and the Emir called up his jet fighters

Had to wait for my slides to be developed.
A selection what we saw on February 12:
active A10s:
DM ..-173, BD 78-582, BD 79-094, -- 79-154, BD 79-151, BD 79-180, DM 80-278 ‘355FW’, BD 79-148, DM 82-663,BD 79-105, DM 79-210, BD 79-145, DM ..-275
So 355 absorbed many ex-BD that had not been repainted.
UH-60 23747 (Border Patrol)
HH-60 : DR ..229
RC12 :50092 USARMY
KC135: 80023 Illinois (active, not an arrival for AMARG)
A10: MI 81-994 visitor
C5A; 80223 delivery on probably its last flight ever.
F-106A: 90043 under a shed on the arrivals/departures ramp. For a museum? To fly??
Off course the future looks bleak with retirement of all A10's in sight.
Good news for fans is that another Hawgsmoke is on: http://www.hawgsmoke.com/

Deactivated Feb 21,2014,the 47Th FS will stand up to take it's place, suppose to be activated March 10,all the 358Th Fs aircraft will be transferred to new 47Th Fs/924Th FG.The nickname is "Dogpatchers",so all the aircraft will wear DP as the code on the tail.
