Spotting possibilities at Paya Lebar, Changi?

Good afternoon,

I am flying home through Singapore tomorrow, and have some questions about Changi and Paya Lebar.
Are the Fokkers and KC-135's at Changi visible from Terminal 1, or from outside the airport?
I heard from an Australian airforce source there are 6 Hornets from Williamtown at Paya Lebar for an exercise, so I want to try my luck over there. What are the spotting possibilities at Paya Lebar, and how do the authorities react on spotting? (I know Paya Lebar is on the scramble site, but since I didn't take Scrambles with me, I cannot login).
