Yesterday, 30th Sept, saw the temporary closure of 117Sqn, which had been in continual existence since receiving the first IAF jets, Meteors, in 1953. The squadron will reform next year on F-35As at Nevatim, and also next year both 101 & 105 from Hatzor will move up to Ramat David. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the flypast was a "closed" affair, but here are some recent images.
