Exactly, it is the only logical explanation for me. Since all other hulls on the spot do not match.
The only question is which F-104 is still in Kessel?

Can you confirm this has no cockpit left? Where was the plate you read off located? Afaik the plate is either in the cockpit or on the nose behind the radar, but 23+01 is supposed to have no cockpit...

There is another plate at the end of the fuselage right side(only to see if the tail has been removed),easy readable with good binoculars from the fence .
Whether the cockpit was removed I could not confirm from my position. But i think it is.

Hi Marco,
I read about this ATR being at Baarlo, but this was definitely a DHC 8. It had no cargo door on the right front side but a normal passenger door. And the cockpit windows also confirmed its a DHC8.

The ATP has been moved to the camp site in Wieringerwerf and will be there in display/used as bedroom after the summer. The L-410 what's still in Wieringerwerf will return to Baarlo. This is what the owner of the campsite told me when I was visiting this camp site about a month ago.

Former 2-CAUY (ex C9-AUY/4021) DHC8-Q400 is the one at Baarlo.
Broken up at Maastricht.
