No. The J-213 had a sharkmouth a long time ago...

Wow, these are 204-models rather than the common 205! So UH-1A/B/C/F/M etc. and not UH-1D/H etc.!! Pretty rare I think! :o :!:

Sure about the HH-1F? I'd say UH-1E, the USMC version of the UH-1C.
Actually, when I saw the photo I thought the Hueys were fake, civilians dressed-up for a movie...

Sorry, I stand corrected (we are all wrong)!

on 17APR86 I noted:
157180/NW-207 and 157190/NW-203 HH1K HAL4 USN

and on the 21APR86 I have:
157181/NW-201, 157194/NW-202 HH1K HAL4 USN

One word: wow!
Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron 4 with HH-1Ks, the last remains of the Vietnam age.
It's now HCS-4 based at Norfolk with HH-60s.
Does anybody by any chance have any pictures of the period

17JAN85 until 21JAN85? Hint: just like the old days in Nam!

Weather was pretty foggy, but I am still curious!

Gerard
I am still curious to know which choppers visited Soestie in January 1985.
(Or were you indeed confused with the HH-1's in April?)
