Spotting at Albacete - 300 meters distance from fence

We just received this news from the local Albacete Spotting Community:
Today Guardia Civil visit us at the RWY27 spotting point. They told us that they will apply the law from now onwards, so no one shall be within 300 meters of the perimeter fence - those who fail to comply will be arrested and fined... Seems that Military Police are not comfortable with us swarming around. Please, spread the word among the spotter community !!!.
Do take this distance into account.

It is always better to slowly progress towards a solid spotting situation.
Let the authorities first get used to spotters around the base.
