Shannon (EINN/SNN) - 2007

Post by Thijs »

Shannon is famous for USAF aircraft making a fuel stop before or after making the pass to the U.S.A. Mostly C-130s going to or from TDY at Ramstein or VIP aircraft make a fuel stop. On 3 April a various nice and exotic visitor was noted.

158865/706 Lockheed S-3B Viking(3013) VS-22, U.S. Navy "Navy AA 706" Arrived from Keflavik(KEF/BIKF). Departed Wed. 4th to Sigonella(NSY).

Not a common aircraft in the European skies but good to see
Assume makes an ASS of U and ME.
