GAFTT08 QAA

I noticed this aircraft at ADSB flying at fl 620 near Wurzburg . I wonder if anyone could tell me if this Flightlevel is correct. It seems a bit over the top to me....

I see this plotting a lot on adsb, I believe it is not an aircraft, but rather some kind of testing station.
It doesn't move either

Possibly a Global Hawk or similar. Often seen at FL627...

German Air Force Test Transponder. So not an aircraft, not a drone. Don’t know why it is online all the time, but it is. Sometimes over Würzburg, sometimes over Ingolstadt.
