The C-17 is parked at the HOT CARGO. You can see him from the other side of base. (not the spotters place). Still it is difficult to see him trough the fog.

Well, Polleke checked again, and the C-17 is indeed still on the hot cargo ramp. Too foggy to check the serial however.
