The C-130 are RS aircrafts and the depart to Mildenhall.
The Russian AF IL-76MD will be RA-78833

Sorry the C-130 are inbound Ramstein and both are Local C-130's

RCH88* is a "ferry" callsign for local C-130s that go / come from the east (or for maintanance to the west).
