12 F-15's :-)

Anyway with a few KLu'ers on Leeuwarden Air Base I can imagine there is already something known about flying activity, flying times, ETA's and ETD's etc. Much appreciated - unless classified - to share these details here on http://www.scramble.nl.." onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

Thanx Jeroen

Weather forecast for this Friday looks not too bad...

Yes, normal flying for the next 3 weeks.
According to NOTAM base is open from 9.00 till 16.30 local, but flying normally starts around 10.30. Don't know if this will change now we have some extra aircraft on base, will know more tomorrow.

Does anyone know if the Eagles are (all) visible from outside the airbase? Due to work I can't make it during the day for the next to weeks, so I want to go in the evening.

Eagles are parked on the southern flightlines, which are not visible from the outside.

correct me if I'm wrong, but if they are parked on the southern flightline, is it true they can't be seen from ouside the field. I remember if you're at the west side of the field there's a little spot along the road there where you can overlook both the northern and the southern flightline.
