Most likely the canadian F18s coming back from their deployment.

According to a reaction on facebook (not official): all planes (except the Canadian Hornets) will fly from their homebase.

Wherr did the other 4 go, did they go straight to Canada from Constanta? I only saw flightplans for Florennes from Constanta.
Or are they still in Constanta?

The Canadians will stay in Romania till the first week of January, only these two were visiting from Constanta for the flypast.
Expect them to go back to Romania for the remainder of the deployment.
