Seen yesterday at the Naval Base of Zeebrugge on the helipad near the base entrance were CH-47F 15-08181, HH-60M 16-20867 and NH-90NFH N-325. So these two 1CAB USArmy helicopters are not at the ICO Hanze Terminal

RN-01, NH-90, and M-1, Alouette III, can also be found on deck of the ships.

The HH/UH-60M’s are impossible to read as their serials are obscured by their foldable horizontal stabilizers. Assumed from the great work of Adrian Sturmer during their fuel stop at Spang I assume.

CH-47F 15-08176 and 15-08178 stayed behind in Germany and are now part of the Ansbach unit H/1-214th AVN
Last Friday (29 June 2018) we noted 15-08178 at Ansbach parked at the unit's ramp.

ARC Honor left Bremerhaven today on its way to Antwerp (Jul 12) and then Zeebrugge (Jul 13).

Can any of the locals confirm if ARC Honor gets loaded with the 1th CAB Helicopters?

Tony,

The area is indeed surrounded by containers but a lot of them can be seen from various points.

We rented a Cessna 172 at Oostende to overfly the area. There is a temporary restriction but this worked perfectly!

At the moment ARC Endurance is on its way to Zeebrugge. Estimated arrival is on Thursday 26 July during mid day. So, loading the helicopters will begin shortly after that. Endurance is expected to be back in Beaumont around 15 August.
