Aviation related license plates

Post by PiPoServisAir »

Hello all,

Since couple of weeks i own a new car in Germany, and here you can ask for special license plate numbers.
I'm a big A380 fan, so i have order the license plate: KLE AI 380.

Did you ever see Aviation related license plates and do you have pictures of it or do you have a Aviation Related License Plate.

Maybe funny idea to show it here.

Greetings from Weeze Germany

Funny!

The plates here only have a few characters as we dont have too many cars here on the island, so there's lots of possibilities to pick the plate that you like. I bought a secondhand VW Golf from a friend a few months ago (not specifically for the license plate). It's plate is simply: F 1 5

Will post a picture soon.

Since this week I am the owner of a Ford Focus, with license plate KLE-FF 800
I chose FF for a reason... Ford Focus, FF tailcode Langley, and someone said FF as FlugzeugForum.
800 is just because it's an easy number.

So it's kind of aviation related :D

Michel

SR71M3 (included a picture of the bird on the left side of the plate)

I park couple of days a go next to a car that has BC 737. I think BC means Boeing Company. Funny to see the big successor 737 next to the EU successor A380 lol.

This time no picture of a license plate.

But a few years back when i worked at Fairchild Dornier on the FD728 (it's a pitty that the company went bankrupt before first flight)
There was a guy with a beamer with the (german) license plate M R 728. I believe it was from one of the chief engineers of that program.
