It's not mil according to jetphotos.
Royal air Maroc is not the same as royal maroccan air force, in case you thought so

Airline operator for FRV1218 is presented in A-CDM as 'Royal Moroccan Air Force'. I see where the confusion could be coming from!

FRV is a callsign used by Morocco government aircraft.

On de scramble database if you search for 747s (military) you get 3 (ex-) military or government 747s, but not CN-RGA.
Maybe it's indeed a civ used for gov?

I always love it when military spotters take over the forum to discuss if a plane is MIL or not. :bday:

Good luck with the never ending story

Indeed a neverending story. But if it still has Royal Air Maroc titles, it is just as military/government as a KLM jumbo with the King on board...

Unless it’s only used for royal flights and gvmt use, then it can be seen as mil

You do realize that this only adds to the 'never ending story'? :D :D

Let's just say it's a very subjective matter.
