Navy wants to base their west coast fleet of MQ-25 Stingray CBUAS tankers at Pt Mugu:

A few interesting tidbits from the report:
Operation anticipated to begin 2024.
Total operation/year ~960 at peak
Bulk of training is virtual rather than actual flying
Closed pattern operations (i.e., multiple take-offs and landings without leaving the vicinity of the airfield) are
not anticipated for the Stingray CBUAS
