Today 22-5-2018 a Thai Airforce L.39ZA/ART crashed just after take-off from Chang-Mai

No, according to pictures of the crash it is 365410 or 365416 (so not ending on 1).
365416 is mentioned at Scramble Facebook page...

The newspaper Thai Rath quotes MSN 365416.

Edit,

Serial KhF1-14/37 code 40108 and in 401 Sqn markings, but operated by 411 Sqn, and was one of a 4 ship departure from Chiang Mai RTAFB.
