Antonov 26 missing in Russia

An Antonov An-26 airplane has gone missing in Kamchatka peninsula, Russia. Search operations are being conducted.

According to the Dutch news site www.nos.nl, the wreckage has been located in the sea, near its destination Palana.
No updates regarding the 28 occupants.

EDIT: same source now claims that there are no survivors... :(
