I'm intending to visit Marrakech for a holiday this year, what are the spotting opportunities like, and are they tolerant of cameras/binoculars? Is there any way to see the C119?

For photography the Avenue Ouarzazate is a great place, with nice background. However, I was there during a Marrakech Airshow, and back then, we had no issues with police or the military. I would not try spotting in Morocco when there is no show, as our hobby is probably not understood nor appreciated.
