This evening at 20:00h MS VERA loaded with non flying US Army stuff was arriving at the Kreekrak lock on her way to Antwerpen.

According to the ships SBS the Dynamica is on the way back from Mannheim (Coleman Barracks)

Please keep an eye on both on the ships SBS :!:

When I just checked it is positioned for the unloading of the Chinooks at the Natostrasse (which is the usual location for unloading). If you look at the satellite image in Google Earth you can see either the Dynamica or Vera loading/unloading. Last year I was in the neighbourhood when the Kentucky Blackhawks were loaded but I couldn't find the spot then. So it's not on the way back. I think it had to get rid of the front part of the vessel, so they parked it somewhere upstream.

Thanks for the tip. If you search for Marine traffic, you'll find a free app.
It's working really good. The Dynamica is still at the natostrasse, Lampertheim.
Thanks. Rene Sleegers

Select Satellite on the top right and zoom in. There you go. (49.598209 / 8.4141598)

MV Vera did leave Antwerp this evening. It's on its way towards Germany loaded with military rolling stock; so no helicopters on deck.

Looking for confirmation (NO 1st of April fooling! ........):

As Dynamica (as it looked according the ship's-SBS) did 2 (!) separate dockings downthere at NatoStrasse, it just might be it could have interesting returncargo. Last logged 1948Z south of Mainz (& currently not in receivable area........). According calculation (& if trip is continuing) it could be expected around Cologne as from 0800Z (1000L) approximately.
Someone for more details?

Thanks & Sunny weekend!

Dynamica speeded up a little:
Passed Cologne, first log abeam Leverkusen 0809Z
eta Nijmegen could be as off 1930L (if she gains some more downstream)

(* for more accurate/update: check the mentioned marinetraffic-site)

Btw. Someone for more details of the route lateron?

In an hour I hope it will appear on this webcam in Dusseldorf-Altstad..... (klick on LIVE, not eLIVE)
http://www.camvista.com/watch-live-vide ... ebcam.html

With some rough calculations I think it will pass Nijmegen after dark :(
