The departure time for the Springfield F16's is set at noon on monday, but it could also be later in the afternoon.

3 Hawks arrived today: XX221, XX332 and XX346 all 19 sqn markings.
332 and 346 made an afternoon mission around 15.00.

Saw him/her flying towards LWD overhead Ens (NOP) around 15.00 .
PH-BZF/G, PH-LMR, PH-BXR, PH-KCD, G-EUPR, G-EUUR.

Heard from very reliable source, the hotpit for the volkel vipers is cancelled!!!!

DUTCH HAWKER HUNTER FOUNDATION

press release by the public affairs office leeuwarden AB!!!!!
Next week Tuesday May 15 finally the Hawker Hunter jet a/c , type T8/C will arrive. Leeuwarden AB will be the new homebase of this aircraft, recently bought by the Dutch Hawker Hunter Foundation.
The ariival is planned around 14.30.
This foundation started in 2005 with the support of the Royal Dutch AF
The Hunter ,N-321, will be flown by a small team of active and former AF pilots. it is going to be painted in the original Dutch colours and based at leeuwarden, which was the home base in the past of 3 Hunter Squadrons.
it will perform for the first time for a large crowd durign the Royal AF Opendays , June 15,16 at Volkel AB. Other AF events around Europeare on its calendar!
