F-16A / AM on a trailer heading south no tail, so no serial............. anyone ?

Just seen roadrunning on a flatbed on the A58 near Tilburg in direction West;

1x AS332/AS532/EC225 (Cougar type) in the colours of CHC (Red/Blue/White)
No registration visable...

Who knows more about this helicopter?
