Request: Old Soesterberg Movements

I have a list of aircraft-serials, seen (most likely) at Soesterberg in 1980, for which I need the accompanying dates.
Before I start typing the whole list here, is there anybody who has spotterslogs available for that time and is willing to help me?
I am aware of the excellent "Soesterberg Sixties" site, but that did not solve all my questionmarks.

For example: when did Danish C-47s K-681, 682, 685 and 687 visit EHSB?
.....and there is a whole lot more :lol:

Hello Gerard, the K681 was seen at EHSB19-8-1980 in vip colours (wht). The other one's are not known to me, but my log is far from complete... We will be working the site you mentioned for the period 1980-1989. I'm very interested in your logs of Soesterberg to add them as well by the time were are ready to publish that period.

did you happen to note any other visitors on that day (19AUG80)? Or even CR F-15s?

Youre question about when did Danish C-47s K-681, 682, 685 and 687 visit EHSB?

I have seen K-682 26aug80, K-684 09sep80, K-685 04sep80 and K-688 now as ZU-5 11mar83 at Soesterberg

Gerard I can only help you with the 680073 1-9-80. The 680077 was also there 25-7-79 but that is not the day you mean I think

K-681 I have on 27aug80,
K-685 on 04sep80,
K-687 on 15sep80 (not read myself).

On 16aug80 I wasn't there, but I was the day before..! Numbers available if you want.

The A-10s 78-0588 and 79-0110 I have on 24oct80, again read by someone else.

I must have overlooked that other topic. I see F-104G 21+24 there, which is another one I was looking for.
So it looks like I was there on 15AUG80 and a log for that whole day is very welcome!

The day that probably got me hooked on spotting forever, after taking it up in October the year before. I was unaware of the upcoming deployment, but I still see the formation of eight 104s whiz overhead upon arrival. That kind of surprises happening, combined with the great variation in types and the amount of traffic in general was an absolute thrill! But you know what I'm talking about...

Hi Gerard,

The A-10's were on Soesterberg on 23-10-1980
The C-130F was there on 24-10-1980 (very early!!)

I don't have info on the F-111's and the F-4E's, sorry.
