I decided to spend my last day of my Autumn vacation with spotting. My father en I visited Gilze-Rijen (slopes), Maastricht-Aachen and Geilenkirchen and it was a succesful day Here are some pics of the nice visitor that came in on Maastricht-Aachen.

But one question for you is it able to take a good picture of it from the fence because i will be driving past Maastricht tonight.

No, unfortunately they parked the C-130 behind a building and you can see only the tail if you are standing on te same place we were standing. That place is also the most close place you can come to the plane, and I don't think that you can take good pictures from other places.

This Kuwaiti Herc is much nicer than that Jordanian one behind the bushes at Gilze

Nice Herc. It's a L-100-30 though, not a C-130H.

No, unfortunately they parked the C-130 behind a building and you can see only the tail if you are standing on te same place we were standing. That place is also the most close place you can come to the plane, and I don't think that you can take good pictures from other places.

Wrong you can get a fairly decent shot from the stairs at the Douane building.
I will try too post a pic later !!

Yes, this indeed is from Bahrain. It is ex Gulf Air and it has been stored at MST for quite some time already, since around April last year I believe.
