The complete Carrier Air Wing was present at Fallon. A lot of activities.
We were complete free to walk and photograph on the ramp of the air wing.
I was planned to stay only for one week, but the volcanic ash cloud gave me some extra days.
I’m working on the other photos. We visited Nellis AFB, Edwards AFB (base visit), NAS El Centro, MCAS Yuma and NAS Point Mugu.

Great shots Marcel,

We were there in March 2010, but we got kicked of the Carrier Air Wing platform when we were half way...this only happened three times before in the history at Fallon.
To bad we did not get to see any Prowlers at that time.
I also posted some pics of our visit at NAS Fallon in this forum.

Greetings robertssb
