BA112 Reims-Champagne 17 June 2008

Post by 4Aviation »

Hi,

Today we had a great visit at Reims. Main goal was photographing the based Mirages in the best way possible. The day started out with a short briefing from our guide, and then to the end of the runway for take-off shots:

Them we did some landing shots and we drove up to the ramp to shoot the next wave of Mirages leaving:

After lunch, back to the end of the runway for more take-off shots, with different light:

After take-off, we moved again to photograph the Mirages on the taxiway while returning:

Nice aircraft, great background and good weather which resulted in this great pictures.

And about Miss Guide....mostly they look lovely but they act naughty  I had some bad experiences with French Air Force female guides (PR Officers)

Hi jah wise. Small tip for next time when you post your images. Maybe you are able to make a small selection of images who stand out sharpness-, composition and contrastwise. The quality differs a lot now. There are some excellent shots in your set, but also a few unsharp ones. Maybe something to consider next time ;-)

P.S.: Apologies moderator. I will stand in the corner now facing the wall with a giant hat signed "donkey" on it and write "I shall not post in Dutch" in 1000-fold ;-)
