The location of the Shanghai Aerospace Enthousiasts Center is behind Jinjiang Amusement Center, located at No.201, Hong Mei Road, Shanghai 201103. When you're in front of the entrance to the amusement park, take a left and then right and walk along the outside of the park. I assume you mean the pitot tube. It is folded upwards to save space (and probably to prevent people from hitting it).
