Aeroseum, Göthenburg, Sweden.

During my small sweden trip in january and vacation in august I visited the Aeroseum in Gothenburg, second time there was basically because of the absence of a tripod in my gear the first time, which made taking shot tricky. And also because it is a really nice museum, just the location along it awesome, which some nice cold war info including and spycraft section with a room full of hidden camera's. The old underground bunkers, which used to house the squadrons during the Cold war, are now the museum grounds. Perfect setting for it. Collection is off course, mostly, swedish with the Saab fighter family and different types off helicopters as their main focus.

2. Big surprise seeing these two Swedish C-130's here, s# 841 and 843, delivered to the Aeroseum so that people could witness their dismantling. Info indicates that the front section of 841 will go to the Swedish Air Force Museum and the people at the aeroseum will try to preserved an section of the 843.

Nice photos! Looking at the various lists of residents and your photos, it appears that the Saab 105/Sk60 (on the hill behind the Mi-2) coded 37 on the nose is not recorded. Does anyone know the airframe ID of this one?

Ian,
This Saab 105 should be a main fuselage only, serial 60037. The rear fuselage was noted outside Saab Aerospace at Ljungbyhed 26aug16.
It might be that the rear has now joined the main fuselage. Maybe somebody can answer that.
