4 fields in NRW, Germany on one saturday (17-04-2021) (CIV)

Post by Krazy »

Decided to kill some time today at 4 fields directly south of the Ruhrgebiet in Germany.
Köln Bonn, Bonn Hangelar, Düsseldorf and Düsseldorf-Mönchengladbach.

Started at 8 in the morning at a cold Köln-Bonn, runway 32R:

After a few hours, we left Köln to take a look at Bonn-Hangelar. Drove around the field for a while, and found a few nice photo opportunities. including the following ADAC chopper.

Düsseldorf was next. Parking (Parkhaus) 7 is the only real option to take pictures on the field as the visitor platforms are all closed.

After the 737 we made a run for Mönchengladbach. We visited the field last week in terrible weather. Time to try again. Bit better results this time.
