Brussels 18-07-14 National Day preparation

Post by FredL »

A few pictures made on friday afternoon : some of the planes which will take part in the parade on monday 21st made a second fly-by (first one took place on tuesday afternoon).
Foreign particpants should include French air force Embraer Xingu (one flew on friday afternoon) and Dutch Chinook + German CH-53 (both those choppers didn't show up on friday).

Hi Philippe,

The leading one was CH-07.
The one on its starboard wing was CH-12.
I don't have the number of the port one.

On tuesday 15th, during the first flight in preparation of National Day, only one C-130 flew. It was CH-11.

Good evening

Yes I have & no it wasn't in the formation.
CH13 still wears the 20sq Indian decoration so makes it easy to spot between all regular grey Hercs
